  • Coordinate Buyer's inspection, review/negotiate itemized repair list, help get bids and schedule repairs, if needed
  • Monitor Buyer's loan progress and keep you informed as needed
  • Help appraiser with comparable sales and other pertinent information
  • Help to interpret the Title Commitment
