Peach and Cynthia Reynolds ‣

Since 1985, the founders of Kaleido Properties, Peach and Cynthia Reynolds, have lived in the heart and soul of Austin, the Zilker neighborhood. Their knowledge of central Austin paired with their friendly, efficient service has earned them a large market share of home sales in the Zilker and Barton Hills area. Having helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes in these neighborhoods, repeat business and referrals from satisfied homeowners have driven their success over the years.

The name Kaleido Properties is based on another of Peach's interests, kaleidoscopes. Peach developed what was at one time the world's largest handmade kaleidoscope business, Kaleidoscopes by Peach. This business continues today as Kaleidovisions, run by his brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Carol Reynolds. Although Peach moved on from making kaleidoscopes himself, the name lives on, Kaleido Properties. Peach still gets a kick out of seeing his old "scopes" in people's...

There's not many people in Austin who can claim they grew up in Austin...and I'm not talking about Round Rock or Manor or Buda....I'm talking Austin. I've seen our city transform and grow and being a property owner and property manager for the last 6 years has given me a unique insight into market trends, where the pot holes are and more importantly, when a new coffee shop pops up.

Being a newly minted agent, I am looking forward to helping people buy, sell, and lease in the city I know best.

After graduating with a degree in journalism from University of New Mexico in 2005, I chased my goal of playing on the PGA Tour through the summer of 2012 - at which point I had to face the reality that I wasn't the next Tiger Woods, or even the next Willie Wood. I applied to get my amateur status back and still compete whenever possibly in local, state, and national amateur golf tournaments. Beginning in 2010, I began helping manage vacation rental property in the Zilker area as well as working in the music world as a tour manager for local guitar wizard Monte Montgomery. I...

Kara Weinstein ‣

I moved to Austin in 1997 to attend UT - and never left. I fell into the real estate industry with my first job out of college, working for a real estate law firm, home builders, and a residential real estate developer.

The '04 is *home*, but my work with builders provides me extensive knowledge of neighborhoods in the Greater Austin Area.

As for my free time, I love taking my dog to the parks & I'm a regular student at Sukha Yoga on South Lamar. I also volunteer and fundraise for Austin Bat Cave, a local non-profit that provides free creative and expository writing workshops for kids and teenagers (austinbatcave.org).

I have sold homes, condos, townhomes, land, and lake properties in the Austin and surrounding areas full time since 1983. it is a real pleasure to help buyers and Sellers find their dream home!

I also have experience with remodeling and building homes.

I have been living in Austin, Texas since 1978. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and attended college in California where I obtained a 2 year Associates degree from Palomar Junior College. I became a full time licensed real estate agent in 1983.

At the time I became licensed there were approximately 1,000 real estate agents in the Austin area. At that time everyone worked the whole city. Because of this I have a wide familiarity with the entire Austin market, lake properties and farm and ranch properties that are located within a one hour driving range surrounding Austin.

I have worked across a large spectrum of subdivisions and locations in Austin. I have a broad knowledge of the history of many subdivisions, who built in the area, soil conditions that affect the integrity of construction, types of...

Joaquin Hancock ‣

Tommy Joaquin Hancock was born in Lubbock, Texas on March 14, 1961 to Tommy and Charlene Hancock. Their journey eventually landed The Supernatural Family Band in Austin, where they immediately embraced the rich cultural diversity and natural beauty found in this growing Hill Country city.

After becoming a naturalized Austinite in 1980, Joaquin continued to play music and explore opportunities for personal growth and development. Joaquin met his wife, Marty, in Austin and they soon settled down in Barton Hills. Penny Kavanaugh ‣

Although Penny moved to Austin 2 years ago from Tuscaloosa, AL, she grew up in Beaumont, TX and has always considered Texas her home.

She moved to Austin to be near 2 of her 3 sons. When they were growing up, she had been a stay at home mom to be involved in their activities. She coached soccer, basketball, cub scout den leader, PTA volunteer chairman, taught Sunday School, and served on several boards including Habitat for Humanity and Temporary Emergency Services.

After going back to complete a BS in HR Management in 2004, she decided to obtain her Real Estate License in 2005. She sold real estate in Tuscaloosa for the next 5 years, closing on 22 transactions her first year.

Although she worked with sellers and buyers, she specialized in working with first time home buyers. It takes patience and time to work with someone who is trying to purchase their first home. She has the knowledge needed to help someone go through the process of purchasing a home and the patience it takes to work with first time homebuyers.
